At Astet, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible; orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after which shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information; please note that delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier issues, customs processing, or high order volume. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated, and customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Astet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
