Refund policy

At Astet, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at astetclothing@gmail.com with your order details. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging included; we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Certain items, including gift cards, final sale, or clearance products, may not be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and if approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
